This is a public observation platform at Echo Point in the Blue Mountains National Park. The photo shows magnificent views of the Jamison Valley. The tourist information centre is located here. To the right out of sight in the distance is the Sceniscender Cable Car and the Katoomba Scenic Railway. To the left out of sight are the Three Sisters Rock formation.
